Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, Terry’s adventures took her to Florida then Connecticut, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Western Connecticut State University, before settling back in Florida to raise her three children. An integral part of the MonarchCare team since 1999, Terry has worked in the Financial Department in several capacities over the years, now serving as Financial Administrator. She works closely with our Executive Director while supporting our Financial Specialists and care managers, as well as auditing financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing annual accountings, and overseeing the tax compliance and investment business of our clients. “I learn something new every day, particularly as it relates to how to better serve our elderly clients and those with disabilities. I want to be an advocate for our clients and strive always to meet their needs, to help better their quality of life. I love doing this alongside my coworkers, who I respect and admire, and who are like family.”
