Scott joined MonarchCare in 2014 as a care manager, became our associate director in 2016, and then our executive director in April of 2024. Scott has over 20 years of experience working in the social services advocacy field working with vulnerable individuals, managing programs and staff members for care management, daily money management and/or guardianship. Prior to this Scott’s professional career was in corporate operations. Over the years Scott had been the personal caregiver to many family members and this was one of the deciding factors that steered him towards his professional career change into helping others. Originally from New Jersey, Scott moved to Florida in 1997 and has a BA degree from Rutgers University. “Working with the staff at MonarchCare and the clients we have served over the years has been the most rewarding portion of my career and I am honored to now lead this organization and continue with the mission of advocating for our elderly, disabled and vulnerable individuals that have loved ones unable to oversee their care or for those that don’t have anyone else in their lives. My team and I are here to help you and/or your loved one(s) now or in the future.”
Our Mission is support vulnerable individuals who need help with life management due to age, disability or family circumstance.
