Originally from the Boston area, Barbara Gingrande retired to Florida from a 30+ year career working in software engineering and sales consulting for companies including Lotus Development, IBM and Oracle. In August of 2022 she became a registered Guardian in Florida and began an internship in the field, becoming a Professional Guardian in November of 2023. Barbara has been working part-time at MonarchCare since April of 2023, first as an intern and now as Associate Care Manager focusing most of her efforts on our guardianship cases. “Seeing the wide range of clients and addressing their numerous and varying needs is what makes my job rewarding.”
