We specialize in the smaller sized trust as well as trusts for beneficiaries with unique or special needs requiring high levels of management and/or administration. We also provide the option to designate MonarchCare as successor trustee, allowing us to step in seamlessly due to incapacity, illness, or another reason. If you have won a financial award, lawsuit settlement, or have current assets under trust that may not meet other financial institutions’ minimum asset requirements, consider MonarchCare.
What We Offer:
Naming MonarchCare as the trustee of any trusts you implement when making your estate plans is a great choice due to our low minimum fees and extensive experience working directly with beneficiaries and their caregivers. Alternatively, when the trustee of an existing trust is no longer willing or able to act in that role, MonarchCare can step in as successor trustee. Serving as Trustee, MonarchCare is responsible to hold, manage, invest and distribute the trust assets pursuant to the provisions of the trust or agreement. We take our fiduciary duties seriously, prioritizing your best interests and the preservation of your trust assets as defined by your trust documents. You can rely on us to act in your best interests with integrity.
Professional administration by your MonarchCare Trust Team includes:
-
Budgeting: Establishment of an agreed upon budget to ensure proper asset allocation and usage.
-
Bill Payment: Payment of recurring and atypical bills, preparation of annual accountings and tax returns
-
Yearly Review: Annual meeting with beneficiaries to review the trust portfolio, revise asset allocation and/or budget.
